ANGER MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES

  • Slowly repeat a calm word such as ''relax'', ''take it easy'' . repeat it to yourself while breathing deeply.

  • Slow yoga like exercise can make you fell much calmer.

  • Visualize a relaxing experience from your imagination. Some people can do this mentally , by counting to ten or twenty.
