Team India lose 2nd T20 of the last ball

New Zealand beat India by five wickets in the second Twenty20 cricket international Friday to win the two-match series 2-0.

So so India lose the 2nd T20 match by 5 wickets but more importantly of the last ball. I was watching this mach live and well India did lose but it was a great game of cricket, I would have enjoyed it more if India ended up winning it though to be frank it would be nothing less than a miracle if India had won it.

To start with India didn't bat well and put up only 149 runs on the board which not very good in T20 cricket but 149 was a defendable total, if India could manage some early wickets and for this our new ball opening bowlers had to fire which dint quite happen as Brendon McCullum had other ideas, what with both Ishant and Irfan being hit all over the field and by the end of 3rd over they were around 33-0. By then I thought the match would finish most probably by 16th over but India bounced back courtesy some tight bowling by Jadeja and Harbajan and Irfan pulled a great spell to take the match down to the wire. By the end of 19th over New Zealand needed 11 Runs in 6 balls and all 3 results of loss, win or tie possible for India but certainly it was not India's day today and three boundaries from McCullum ensured India had lost the match.

So New Zealand won the series by 2-0 leaving Dhoni and co. with a lot of things to think about, before the one dayers. And certainly the Dream run of team India after beating Sri Lanka, England and Australia has come to a halt and India has failed to get a winning start to this 50 day long tour of New Zealand.

But the match today was not bad at all and I would say though India lost they were not defeated, and lets hope their luck changes for good before ODIS.
