Sparking off The spirits.... Yo shoppers stop!!!

5:27 PM

It sure has been a great week for me! Just enjoying my free time making new perfect festive looks for Shopper's Stop! Great contest really...what with my addiction and love for fashion, I can't remember doing anything else but splurging over the whole Shopper's Stop online collection during my free time.... I personally love shopping and updating my wardrobe for any occasion ( lol, which girl doesn't? ). So here are some of my looks for the upcoming and bygone festive season! (yes you are right I created many more, but preferred the ones below best:)

From the classic saris worn with ethnic jewelry and the alluring anarkalis,to the tie n dye kurtas for men and suits worn with an ethnic bend, festivals bring us a chance to pamper ourselves with shopping…The following are the looks I would prefer for festive occasions.

It doesn't always have to be Silk, for a grand social event! Being different, choosing the road less taken, is surely one way to stand out. Chiffons and georgettes with just a hint of embroidery or mukaish(metal wire work) are always in!
I have chosen a stunning maroonish pink Kashish crepe and embroidered sari with a hint of white and gold. I really could not take my eyes off this beautiful and elegant piece of art firstly as it's georgette which highly defines todays fashion and will contrast perfectly with  the pink crushed dupatta which is to be draped as a one shouldered blouse. This will give you the 'fashionably chic' look and will  surely turn all those envious eyes on you…
For the jewelry I've chosen a simple yet elegant Zaveri pearl set,two diamante bracelets,  Lucera ring (a ring to die for),and a cool fastrack watch. The ravishing clutch will just go perfect with the attire and of course the FORGET ME NOT high wedges will make you the show stopper!(oops I am already drooling with the temptation!).I chose the wedges instead of high heels coz handling the sari itself is so difficult, and if you add on heels,  your evening's going to turn up into a Nightmare!Plus wedges will help you dance gracefully...So go ahead get your pick just through a click from Shopper's Stop online store!

COUTURE TIP:Highlight those eyes, get that smoky eyes look, and keep the blush n lipstick minimal. Gold make up would be a great choice!

In my view Luxe,  glam, elegant and sophisticated is the way a man should  dress up for a festive occasion! The long, embroidered kurta with traditional bottoms is still perfect to get that festive look, whether it’s Diwali, Eid, or a reception.
comfort loving men can also get that festive look by pairing up the kurta with a pair of comfortable jeans. If I ever have to go shopping for my bro for a festive occasion, this will be my pick for him:).The gold kurtapyjama set  will make him look bold and the ethnic stole and jutis will give him the look of the true 'dulhe ka bhai'(LOL). I am sure he'll faint with happiness if I gift him that Revv ring ,that gorgeous Emperio Armani watch (why are boys so craaazzzy about expensive n branded watches?)and that Hidesign wallet.
My bro loves perfumes and just can't  do without them, so I guess this Givenchy perfume is the one i'll chose for him.(bechara dulha, mere bhai ke samne pheeka pad jayega:)!!)

GLAM TIP: knot that stole around your neck and tuck it in like the model has and spike those hair up(surely not like the model has!)

Like every other girl even I'm a pink lover! Yet I don't prefer my whole attire to be pink. Little tinges of pink here and there is what I like as they add to the Hot factor... If  I'm not in a mood for a sari or just did not find a good one, I'll opt for this chudidar attire... This churidar's quite cute, festive, and trendy with hints of gold and black-perfect for a festive occasion! Indian Diva:)a

Its winter calling…and what with those endless Christmas parties approaching!
It’s time to refresh your wardrobe and accent it well… The Shoppers Stop stores are all screaming colourful accessories and they have got everything for each fashion lover!
I personally LOVE shopping and in my opinion the look below is a perfect one to go partying...I prefer this stunning Remanica Tunic top paired up with hot stockings and a shingora stole for that cold n late partying night out…Hot statement Boots would go great with the look and that colour blocked vanity’s a must. I’ve belted the top with a nice belt which adds the X-factor to the look. For the jewelry I’ve chosen viola pearls (Pearls are the best way to show off your attitude!), a Misaki pearl neck piece (I Love pearls!), a cute ring to add colour to the black and white attire, and a trendy bangle set. Remember that shoes, handbags, belts and metallic accessories are a staple to glam up in a jiffy...

Go Gorgeous!-Fashionably Festive

For that big official party I would suggest this suit paired up with a golden tie and matching cufflinks for a festive touch.Wearing cufflinks show a certain amount of class. The Titan watch and those bold gold n silver rings will perfectly do the trick and those brown shoes will complete the look.

SMELL GOOD TIP: Remember that smelling good is equally important and it also creates a happy atmosphere around you! CK-One from Calvin Klein would be a perfect choice....
official party look for men

Nothing speaks like the bright Reds and Greens of Christmas! For this look Ive teamed a bright red top with white jeans. The bow details on the top give it a very feminine feel while the full sleeves are apt this winter.
The earrings and ring having a  touch of red and silver add much needed bling for Xmassy feel, finish it of with a classy black watch and comfy sandals and a Hidesign bag both in Red.
Go get into the Christmas spirit like I've got into mine, yell away MERRY CHRISTMAS in STYLE!

Guys please no more "one pant one shirt and I'm ready to go" attitude...The stores are overflowing with fashion for you guys and you have got to grab your pick! The look I've made below is for those chaps who are young and like to experiment with their looks...

This winter get that look by shopping for a trendy pair of jeans and a cool sweat shirt. Go grunge and punk by bagging that Fast track HIP HOP watch and multicolored shoes. Get that stole and wrap it around your neck to ditch the nip in the air and it will also give you the Salman Khan look...:) Be trendy, festive, and glam at the same time...
